The Rally Coordinator will email WEYV members with the particular rally topic, instructor/s, venue.
5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RALLY
Deadline for bookings and payments. Bookings must be made using the Rally Booking form on the website by the deadline specified by the Rally Coordinator (see below). Please note that until payment is received, your booking is not confirmed and you will not be added to the rally schedule.
3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RALLY
The rally schedule will be circulated.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide the following on the Rally Booking form:
Your level (see below);
Any time constraints you may have (which may or may not be able to be accommodated);
If you are not a WEYV member, your HRCAV membership number (and if you are not an HRCAV member at all, you will need to bring a completed HRCAV Non Member Disclaimer Statement with you on the day)
Any other information which will assist the Rally Coordinator with scheduling.
TheRally Coordinator will compile the rally schedule, on the basis of suitable groupings and first-in best-dressed (although WEYV members will take precedence over non-WEYV members). If required, a waiting list will be compiled.
The Rally schedule will be emailed to all members with allocated lesson times (and wait-listed riders, if applicable).
Rally payments must be made via direct transfer to the Club’s account at the time of booking for the rally. Riders will be allocated a time after this payment has been received:

Please use your surname and the rally date as the reference for the transaction (eg Smith 4May) and provide an electronic copy of the receipt to the Rally Coordinator when making your booking.
What level lesson do I ride in/level assessment? Until official level assessment has been established by the HRCAV for Working Equitation, placement into levels/pairings with other horses at rallies will take into account the member’s current HRCAV dressage level, the horse’s experience and assessment by the rally instructor of the combination.
