When you have registered please
Your booking is confirmed when payment is received via direct transfer to the club account.
The Rally or Clinic Schedule will be emailed to you when rider's times are finalised. We do our best to fit riders into similar levels at their requested times. But this is not always possible. If you can only ride at a particular time - you must specify this on the form. If the rally is fully booked you have the option to go on a waiting list (in case of a cancellation), have a full refund, or use the payment for another rally.
When you have registered please
- check that all your details are correct
- remember to type in the amount that you are paying (in the "other" box)
- fill in the Verification Number, and
- press "REGISTER" at the bottom of the form.
- for changes /queries please email the Rally Coordinator.

- Reference: Your surname and date of event (eg Smith 15/7)
- The closing date for payments is usually 5 days before the rally.
