Our Club AGM is being held at Grand Hotel, Yarra Glen

I can't believe another year has flown by, and we're preparing for the WEYV AGM already! We are holding it at the Grand Hotel, Yarra Glen (same as last year) on Wednesday November the 15th. It is always a fun night, when we get together to catch up and socialise without our noble steeds - but of course, talking about them endlessly 😊
The evening will start at 6pm with a meal - the Committee has thoroughly tested the menu at the Grand each month during the year and can assure you the food is really good!. We will have a guest speaker, Kim Jonson, who is a vet from Yarra Ranges Vets and is going to give us some great hints on horse first aid. We'll also have a raffle, and a few other bits and pieces.
I need to know numbers prior to the night, so could please confirm your attendance to Lindy ([email protected]) by the 10th of November.
Look out for the membership renewals which are heading your way too. We're looking forward to another full year of fun activities.

Eduardo Almeida is holding a Clinic at WEYV
19th to 21st October 2015
Eduardo Almeida is one of the best known Working Equitation riders in Europe.
He is the current International Champion.
Eduardo’s impressive wins include
Winner:
- International Working Equitation in Munich 2012,
- International Working Equitation in Vienna (Magna Racino) 2012
- Portugal Cup in Masters level in 2009/2010/2011/2012
- National Champion Working Equitation - beginners level with
- Vitorino, in 2013
- Bronze Medal with Santo
- Masters level Working Equitation in 2014
- Portuguese Equitation 1st place with Santo in 2014
- International Working Equitation in Munich 2015
Behind Eduardo’s mild manner and quiet persona is his incredible love and respect for his horses.
Last year he claimed the Lusitano European Championship for Working Equitation held inPortugal, while earlier this year winning the International Championship at Pferd International in Munich.
